All orders for in-stock items received by 3 PM (MST) will be shipped the same day. You should receive your items within 2-5 days (depending on your location).

We do our best to make sure all items are in stock. However, items not available at the time of order will be shipped as soon as possible, immediately upon receipt from our manufacturer. You will be notified if you have an item on back order.
To verify your current allowance balance and to confirm that your card has been activated You must contact CitiBank at 1-800-287-5003.
You may cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, you may refuse shipment and the order will be credited once the return shipment is processed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Postal Visa Card as well as debit cards.
You can use up to two payment methods on a single order. You may place part of your order on your postal card and the rest on a personal credit card if you choose. This is especially helpful if you go over your current allowance balance or if you wish to buy any non-allowance items.
If your order exceeds the available balance, the postal card will be declined and the order will be delayed. To ensure this does not happen, verify your current available balance before ordering. You may pay the remainder of the balance with a personal credit card.
